Orders, Deliveries and Returns
All Products are subject to availability.
You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order. Please note that confirms we have received your order not dispatched it. The following email will confirm that your order has been dispatched, at which point your payment will be processed. We will notify you should any problem arise with your order
We have a 28 day return and exchange policy.
Items can be exchanged provided they are accompanied by a receipt; refunds given only within 14 days of purchase provided they are accompanied by a receipt and in an un-used, re-saleable condition.
Returns can be made by post or directly to the shop
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returned items, shipping costs are non refundable.
Unwanted gifts without a receipt are not eligible for exchange.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Jewellery cannot be exchanged if the item has been worn.
Items returned broken or damaged may not be eligible for exchange or return, therefore please make sure you are happy with your purchase before leaving the shop.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
